American Express Membership Rewards points can be transferred to numerous Airline and Hotel rewards programs with an eligible card. One no-fee card is the Amex Blue Cash EveryDay card. (Learn more here.)
Point transfers are 1-way only, so transfer only when you are ready to book a specific trip and have confirmed availability.
Be sure to check point valuation. Travel can always be booked directly with American Express at 0.75 ¢/pt to 1.0¢/pt. Only transfer if you are getting better value! Travel purchased through the American Express travel portal will also earn points and status, unlike award bookings.
